Set within 3,5 hectares (8 acres) of cultivated fruit and vegetables, the big garden at Babylonstoren is a paradise for children. Get lost in this magical garden which is constantly changing depending on the seasons and what is in bloom. Walk through the hanging gardens on the Estate. You are encouraged to Taste, Smell & Touch, all the fresh seasonal produce in the garden while walking through it. Each of the 300 plant varieties is edible or has medicinal value. Our guide can share some of the garden’s special stories with you and leave you feeling inspired. Feed the resident Donkey's and follow the waddling geese and chickens through the garden. There is a bakery on the estate and adults can enjoy a wine tasting with views of the conical Babylonstoren hill, Simonsberg and the Banghoek Mountains.
