Located near to the Kalahari Anib Lodge in Mariental, Gondwana Collection Kalahari Anib Camping2Go is home to eight permanent tents, ideal for travellers who want the luxury of camping, without all the hassle. Each tent is equipt with four beds, an en-suite bathroom and a shower. Guests can make use of the campsites kitchen which is equipt with a fridge, stove, sink and necessary utensils. Campers can make use of all facilities of the lodge, including enjoying tasty meals at the restaurant, taking a dip in the pool or partaking in the lodge's activities.
Location: Approximatly 30 km northeast of Mariental on the C 20 (Kalahari).

Embark on an enriching journey through the Kalahari into the ancient world of the San, Namibia’s first inhabitants. Guided by a local expert from the Bushmen Survival Trust, this immersive desert walk reveals ancestral knowledge and the secrets of survival in one of the world’s most challenging environments.
Learn to read the land, identify plants with healing and practical uses, and interpret the animal tracks etched into the sand. Through storytelling and demonstrations, gain a profound insight into the authentic hunter-gatherer culture.
This activity includes refreshments and a light snack; advance booking recommended or directly at the lodge.

Duration: ± 2 hours
Join a 2-hour morning drive with a dedicated tour guide. After a leisurely drive guests will arrive at one of the red dunes. The red sand of the dunes invites all children to play. The family will spend some relaxed time on the dunes with coffee and hot chocolate. The guide will share some interesting facts on fauna and flora with the children (and their parents). Morning only. Subject to availability. Rate enquiries directly at the Lodge.
