Located on a 1,200-acre estate in the Ecuadorian coastal region, Hacienda La Danesa Chocolate Workshop beckons aspiring chocolatiers to experience the art of making their own decadent treats. A tour of the cacao plantation will begin the experience, whereupon participants will return to the farmhouse for the workshop. Guests will learn how to temper the chocolate to create their own chocolate bars or barks and make the ganache filling from scratch. The workshop will end off with a hot or cold chocolate drink.
