The Alexander Estate, nestled in the heart of the Noordhoek mountains, at the base of the iconic Chapman’s Peak Drive. The Estate boasts only ten luxury suites, with six of them at the Alexander Manor House and the remaining four at the Vineyard Villa (one being a penthouse) which can be booked out as a villa offering elevated luxury and space or as individual suites. Each suite has been built with care, character, and sweeping views of vines, sea, and mountain.
The Estate's location is world class and offers guest's the chance to stay on the doorstep of the very experiences people want when to have when visiting the Cape, such as Boulders Beach and Cape Point. There are many wonderful onsite experiences to enjoy while staying at the estate, including a mini high tea and oyster and wine pairing per stay and a three course dinner on 2 night stays.

One Penthouse Suite, 180sqm. Unparalleled luxury, comprising of a lounge, dining room, study, kitchen, and two log burning fireplaces. A large deck with a four poster daybed and private heated plunge pool, with spectacular mountain, vineyard and ocean views. The Penthouse is on the top floor of the Villa (which has 3 suites downstairs) and then the Penthouse takes up the full top floor. The Penthouse can only be configured as a king and is the ultimate luxury & exclusive escape in Cape Town.

Vineyard Villa
Four Bedroom Luxury Villa for exclusive use, includes three luxury suites downstairs (all with their own plunge pool) and the Penthouse suite which takes up the whole first floor. All are en-suite with indoor shower & bath, log burning fireplaces and a private deck extending from each suite. Two of the suites downstairs have Ocean, Mountain and Vineyard views and one only has Mountain and Vineyard Views. The Vineyard villa also has a communal lounge, eating area and large swimming pool. The villa also has it's own spa, sauna and gym facility too.

Take a walk with our experienced wine guides into the vines to hear the stories of the different vines, and learn more about this beautiful working wine farm, the wines the estate produces and take in the magnificent views too.
Guests are also invited to indulge in the Estate's Vineyard Spa, where Africology treatments tap into the healing power of Africa’s botanical heritage. Rejuvenate in the tranquil sauna, breathe deeply in the steam room, or stay energized in the vineyard-facing gym – thoughtfully equipped for both restorative movement and dynamic workouts. Whether it’s a post-yoga massage, a slow afternoon in the spa, or an invigorating session in the gym, The Alexander’s wellness sanctuary offers a luxurious pause in your coastal vineyard escape. The Gym is included in the rate but the spa treatments and sauna/steam room are at an additional cost. Both the Manor House and the Vineyard villa has it's own treatment rooms, sauna and gym. Only the Manor House has a steam room.

The Lime Light Lounge is the heart of the estate, situated in the Manor House. One can eat indoors or outdoors on the stunning terrace overlooking mountain, ocean and vines, with the baby grand playing in the background. A beautifully relaxed space to enjoy the elevated dining and soak in the tranquility.
A private dining experience in the Manor House, to celebrate that special occassion, or just enjoy the privacy of the beautiful setting over a refined dinner.
When booking the villa on exclusive use, a private chef is included and can cook for the group exclusively in the Vineyard Villa. A great option for those looking for outmost exclusivity and elevated dining.
