Resting just outside the Komodo National Park, Banta is a magical island that is most notable known for its jagged coastline, high mountains, finger-shaped bays, and deserted white beaches. Although uninhibited with no definitive trails, visitors to the island can easily climb the foothills to admire the magical views of the Sape Strait and the grandiose Komodo Island. Surrounding the island lies a magnificent underwater world that is waiting to be explored either by diving or snorkelling.
