Cape Weligama is a luxury clifftop resort located along the south coast of Sri Lanka. The resort features suites and villas with conveniences such as verandah's, minibars, tea/coffee-making facilities, TVs with international channels, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, telephones and safes. The Cape Ayurveda Experience is an authentic Ayurveda programme designed to introduce Cape Weligama guests to the world’s oldest holistic healing system. While the programmes of treatment will take into account any medical concerns guests may have, the short duration means that it is only an introduction to Ayurveda. The programmes including Ayurveda based lunch will be around 5 hours. Guests can select a programme for 3 days, 5 days or 7 days, and are advised to follow the physician’s instructions on diet during the period of treatment.
The Cape Club honours the deep roots of Ceylon’s renowned tea heritage with its daily display of the famous Dilmah High Tea experience. Guests will be introduced to Ceylon tea through the pages of the extensive tea menu showcasing the many exquisite varieties available.
