Punta Suárez, located on Española Island in the Galápagos, is a premier birdwatching sanctuary offering dramatic landscapes and unique wildlife encounters. Visitors can enjoy a guided hike across rocky terrain, observing sea lions, colourful marine iguanas, and diverse bird species. Notably, the site hosts around 12,000 pairs of waved albatrosses between April and December, alongside a spectacular blowhole where seawater shoots 23 metres into the air.
