With the main intention of this retreat being relaxation, we want to stress that the planned itinerary is optional. If you feel most relaxed in the pool or with a coconut water in hand reading a book, then please feel free to opt out of any planned activities for the day. This retreat is an opportunity to treat yourself to time away from home and to inner peace and relaxation. Welcome and enjoy.

Sunrise - Rebekah will lead the daily sunrise practice, allowing you to wake up with the earth and feel the energy of the sun while it warms the earth
Sunset - Rebekah will lead the daily sunset yoga practice. Afterwards, take your time before sitting for a dinner that infuses a candlelit ambiance and music.

Rebekah’s Yoga Class

1.Opening: short guided meditation and breathing
2.Warm-up series: awakens the parts of the body involved in the core sequence.
3.Core sequence: which has 2 components:

a.Vinyasa (flow) that focuses on moving slowly through transitions; thus promoting mental calmness and clarity.

b.Asana (postures) that focus on cultivating concentration through detailed instruction, while retaining postural integrity and remaining calm.
