Le Mirage Resort & Spa, a unique construction in the Namib desert, is situated at 21 km from the Sesriem gate to Sossusvlei. This makes it one of the lodges closest to the Sossusvlei and the ideal place to stay when you want to visit the highest dunes in the world! The lodge is accommodated in a large castle sheltering guests against the harsh desert climate. The spacious restaurant serves a fusion cuisine of European and Namibian dishes. A highlight at the resort is the Mystique Spa, wellness centre which specializes in massages, pedicures, manicures, aroma massages and de-stress treatments. In the large courtyard guests can retreat to the swimming pool sheltered from the desert in an oasis of palm trees.

Take a two hour drive on one of our Quad-Bikes following the trails in the desert with a guide and experience the breathtaking nature and surroundings of Le Mirage. The trails will take you to some unique spots, and our guide will inform you of the hidden secrets of the desert like the fairy circles. Your afternoon quad-bike tour will end with a striking sun-downer overlooking the Namib Desert. You will drive by yourself, accompanied by our guide. The tour is easily accessible, so you don’t have to be an experienced driver.
A once in a lifetime experience - enjoy the beauty of the desert in the early morning with all its complex colorations from the sky. After the exceptionally exhilarating flight, you will be spoiled with a succulent champagne breakfast.

Enjoy a guided excursion with one of the experienced lodge guides. At only 21km from Le Mirage Desert Lodge and Spa, you will find one of the main attractions of Namibia: Sossusvlei! The entrance to Sossusvlei is in Sesriem, from the gate a 60km tarred road takes you in the National Park, along the way you will see some of the worlds highest dunes, even some petrified dunes, and the Sesriem Canyon.
