Winemaker and estate owner Pieter du Toit of Kloovenburg currently produces a range of red and white wine varietals, including Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Shiraz and a recently introduced Blanc de Noir.

Pieter's wife and mother of their four sons, Annalene du Toit, also runs a highly successful olive industry, with products ranging from award-winning olive oils, tapenades, jams, flavoured dipping oils, bottled olives and olive beauty products.
