Capilano Suspension Bridge is a beautiful and thrilling historical attraction originally constructed in 1889. Native Vancouverite Nancy Stibbard purchased Capilano Suspension Bridge Park in 1983 and has since spearheaded the attraction’s development and success over the past 30 years. Capilano Suspension Bridge stretches 137m across and 70m above Capilano River.

Cliffwalk is the park’s newest attraction. It is a cantilevered walkway clinging to the granite cliff high above Capilano Canyon. Treetops Adventure, seven suspension bridges through the evergreens take visitors up to 33.5m above the forest floor, offering a squirrel’s eye perspective of the forest. Guided nature tours, the Kids’ Rainforest Explorer Programme and the Living Forest Exhibit are also available for visitors. Other attractions are seasonal live music events, introductions to First Nations culture, and a gift shop with proudly Canadian-made goods from across the country - including delectable homemade fudge.
