All of the en-suite rooms have a tea and coffee tray with kettle, a fan and comfortable double or twin beds.  Some of the rooms are large enough to add one or two extra beds.  There are five en-suite rooms.

There are two self-catering flats, they each have an en-suite bathroom, tea and coffee tray with kettle, a fan and a comfortable double bed.  One has air-conditioning.  Both are large enough to add one or two extra beds.  One is open plan (the one with air con) and one has a door separating the lounge from the bedroom so is more suitable for families as the extra beds can be put into the lounge.  Both have private sitting areas outside.

All of the shared facility rooms have a fan and comfortable double or twin beds.  Some of the rooms are large enough to add one or two extra beds.  There are 4 double/ twin rooms plus a small single guide room which share the 1 main bathroom and separate toilet inside the main house.  3 of the 4 rooms are inside the main house, just down the corridor from the bathroom, and 1 room is outside overlooking the pool.

This one room is located outside overlooking the pool and shares the main bathroom and separate toilet inside the house with 4 twin rooms.  There is a small sink with hot water, a single bed and small storage cupboard for clothes.  Ideal as a guide room or for a long-stay guest.
