At Laluka, cuisine is a vital part of the experience! Every ingredient is chosen with care, favouring homegrown organic products, free range game and herbs from the very own Laluka Farm, situated just outside the reserve.

Chefs have crafted culinary delights and a seasonal menu celebrating the fresh flavours of Africa.
Something that you can be certain of while staying at Laluka is that the cuisine choices are all ethical and in line with efforts to conserve the world.
Times of breakfast, lunch and dinner vary depending on the season and the time of the activities but these will be commuicaed to you upon arrival or during the day.
Should you ahve any special requests regarding dietaries, private dinners or specific dishes, you're more than welcome to communicate with the staff.

WINE CELLAR
South African wines are excellent, and we are proud to inform you that, with the exception of the Champagne, all the wines have been personally sources from South African estates.
When sourcing wines, the lodge owners and chefs immediately felt the need of finding family owned wine farms that share the same philosophy of Laluka and it has been their intention to create a family network around South Africa.
Therefore, most of our wines come from small boutique wineries who emphasises in high quality grapes, landscape conservation and orginal tastes.
