Saadani is the closest wildlife park to Zanzibar making it the perfect safari combination with Zanzibar beach. There are 2 schedule flights per day between Zanzibar and Saadani, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

The park has good numbers of giraffe, buffalo, wildebeest, lions, Hippos, Crocs, among others, and boasts a healthy population of the rare Roosevelt’s Sable antelope. Herds of up to 80 elephants are now regularly seen providing some of the most spectacular sightings in any Tanzanian park.

This first game drive will be a gentle introduction to what the park has to offer as you make your way to your first stop, Simply Saadani Camp. The game drive car is a Land Rover customised to allow the best possible photograph opportunities by being fully open with raised seating.
