The Caves of Hercules is an archaeological cave complex located 14km west of Tangier, in Cape Spartel in Morocco. The cave is part natural and part man-made and has an opening to the sea and an opening facing the land. The man-made part was used by Berber people to cut stone wheels from walls and to make millstones, which expanded the cave considerably. Two cafes are located on-site, with various accommodation options being available within walking distance from the cave.
