The Sibuya Game Reserve offers a wide range of activities to make your safari experience truly memorable. Its location affords guests a diverse array of wildlife viewing opportunities on game drives through the verdant bushvelds, grasslands, and coastal forests. Antelope, elephants, zebras, giraffes, jackals, and oribi are just a few of the more than 45 species that call this area home. Among the most exciting sightings are the famous Big Five and, for bird lovers, over 400 listed species. Twice daily, in the early morning and late afternoon, you'll venture into the wilderness in an open 4x4 safari vehicle for spectacular close-up wildlife encounters.
Between game drives, additional boat trips along the Sibuya River, canoeing, and bush walks are offered for the more adventurous. Accompanied by a certified guide, you'll explore Sibuya on foot, track animals, and discover the flora and fauna, including the smallest creatures that play a vital role in the ecosystem. With luck, you will have the opportunity to observe large wild animals up close – one of the most exciting and thrilling safari moments.
