The Delaire Graff Restaurant plays host to a memorable sampling feast served by the restaurant’s head chef and sommelier. Some of South Africa’s finest vintages are accompanied by a selection of plates and snacks such as butternut, bone marrow with mushrooms and pickles, langoustine, venison, Iberico pork with goats milk mousse, charcoal meringue, white chocolate, and berry and basil sorbet paired with memorable wines such as Delaire Graff Coastal Cuvee, 2018 Waterford chenin 2018,  Oak Valley Semillon 2014, Vondeling chardonnay 2012, and Delaire Graff Botmanskop 2017.  Platters of locally produced cheeses and charcuterie, and locally sourced smoked salmon designed to enhance the journey into the world of the best South African wines.
