Stretching out from the banks of the spectacular Zambezi River, the Zambezi National Park is best-known for its natural beauty, abundant game and world-renowned river. The park is home to a variety of wildlife including the famous Big Five as well as herds of sable antelope, eland, zebra, giraffe, kudu and over 400 bird species. A large floodplain characterises the landscape which is snaked by numerous rivers and dotted with acacia and miombo woodlands.
