Offering a small number of private and individually styled suites, each appointed with the finest modern amenities and ideally placed to appreciate the expansive views and stunning landscape. With services included such as a fully inclusive breakfast and bar, afternoon tea, evening canapes and sunset cocktails, high speed wireless internet as well as laundry service and airport transfers for the longer stays - the focus is to provide guests with a memorable, personalized and tranquil stay.
The house can be reserved on an exclusive basis or reservations are available per suite.
Mountain View Retreat
A vibrant, warm and intimate space, with a modern and antique ensemble overlooking Lion’s Head Nature Reserve. The suite is located one floor up from the main garden and features a side sea view from the bathroom, but no terrace or balcony.
The suite features a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower above the bath.
5 Bedroom Villa (non-exclusive use)
Includes all suites excluding the Steinway Suite.
The house is available on an exclusive use bases to ensure absolute privacy. When the house is reserved on an exclusive use basis all inclusions apply. Children of all ages are welcome. The 5 bedrooms include the Lion's Head Room, King Room, Emperor Suite, Queen Suite and Presidential Penthouse.
We can accommodate a maximum of 10 adults with an additional two children under the age of 12. The children can be accommodated on roll-away beds in the Penthouse.
Full hotel staff compliment.

This spacious suite features a super-size king bed (or two singles) and a beautiful open plan bath area including a bathtub and walk-in shower. A private lounge and bar area is shared with the Queen suite.

A spacious, sophisticated and classic styled suite. The room boasts a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with his and hers wash basins, a separate dressing room, lounge area as well as a large private terrace with sensational mountain and ocean views. The suite was designed with an additional pull down bed which is ideal for children, or a family to share. The additional bed is tucked away neatly when not in use, providing a very open and elegant space to relax.

Breakfast is fully inclusive and served daily from 07h30 - 11h00.
Lunch and dinner are available daily – please let us know if you wish to join. We endeavour to use fresh, local ingredients when preparing meals - should you have any dietary requirements or specific preferences please inform us and we will gladly make arrangements.
In partnership with Buitenverwachting Wines in Constantia, we boast a fine wine list. We also offer a private wine tasting of South African wine with an experienced sommelier - please inform us if you would like to indulge in this experience.
Reverse osmosis filtered drinking water is provided in all rooms and at all meals.
