Our personalized meet and greet services are conducted by experienced, uniformed staff and are an essential ingredient for smooth and seamless airport movements. As an alternative, and unique to Dragonfly Africa, is our VIP meet and greet service. You will be met at the door of the aircraft if the aircraft is parked at an air bridge; or, if the aircraft is parked on the apron, then you will be met at the entrance to the immigration (arrivals) hall.

This effectively allows us to fast-track your guests through customs and immigration and then transfer them directly to their hotel/connecting flights.
