Sol de Mañana, located in southern Bolivia is a geothermal field renowned for its fumaroles, mud pools, and geysers at an altitude of about 4,900 metres. Visitors can explore steaming vents, bubbling mud pools, and hot springs across its 10-square-kilometre expanse. Notably, Sol de Mañana lies within the Eduardo Avaroa Andean Fauna National Reserve and is a major attraction on the road between Uyuni and Antofagasta, with steam emissions sometimes reaching 200 metres high.
