The Penitentiary Port Arthur is a historic site located in Port Arthur in Tasmania, Australia. The building was first constructed as a flour mill and later converted to a prison. Despite the archaeological excavation activities on this site, its ruins have been preserved and restored so far and are open to visitors and tourist.
