Cheow Lan Lake is an artificial body of water that exists as a result of the construction of the Rajjaprapha Dam in Thailand’s Surat Thani province. Set in the beautiful Khao Sok National Park, the lake is surrounded by towering limestone cliffs; its placid waters dotted with over a 100 islands, creating an other-worldly atmosphere. Visitors to the lake can enjoy a refreshing swim, explore the jungle at the water’s edge, go on a hike, or even spend a night in one of the floating bungalows.
