Patios de San Telmo emerges from the base of a typical Buenos Aires tenement that hosted immigrants since 1850. Over more than a year, this convention went through a process of transformation hand team of architects Neumann-Kohn, that is committed to a project of re-evaluation and restoration of the building by recycling the original materials, prior and or architecture and sustainable design. The vision of the project is to maintain the values of convention and spirit of conjunction of cultures, accommodating travelers of the world in a building that has kept the structural characteristics of this type of porteñas homes, raising their rooms to a space of privacy and comfort, and maintaining the charm and soul of communal courtyards.
