Activities at Tropica Island Resort
You can choose to be as active as you like while on holiday at Tropica Island Resort. Feel like relaxing poolside with a book and a cocktail or two? No problem. Want to go out and explore the waters of the nearby islands by kayak, dive tour or fishing boat, or perhaps pay a visit to the famous Cloud 9 floating bar? We can arrange that too. Celebration and rejuvenation is top of mind for us, and we want to make your stay as relaxing and romantic as we can.
You can snorkel right off the beach and enjoy a kaleidoscope of marine life, including the butterfly fish on which our brand is based.

DINNING AT TROPICA ISLAND RESORT
Our main restaurant, Lakalaka Restaurant, located poolside offers picturesque ocean views and an open-air dining experience. Dine outside under the stars in the warm sea breeze for a truly romantic evening.
The cuisine at Tropica is designed to rejuvenate the soul, and our executive chef and his team take pride in delivering this sentiment on every plate they serve. Inspired by Fijian delicacies and home-cooked favourites, we invite you to enjoy our carefully crafted lunch and dinner menus.
As the sun sinks into the Mamanuca Islands’ crystal-clear turquoise waters, our beachfront Lako Mai Bar is the place to be. Here, guests can enjoy a more casual dining experience, often with some local entertainment. Sample our all-day Fijian tapas menu and antipasto plates, paired with a tipple from our extensive drinks menu.
The Lako Mai Bar is open from 12pm daily.
