Linyanti Bush Camp is a tented camp on the banks of the Linyanti marshes in a private reserve, which borders the western boundary of Chobe National Park in the Chobe Enclave. The camp offers an exclusive safari experience away from the main tourist routes of Chobe.
Linyanti Bush Camp offers simple African elegance, providing guests modern comforts whilst retaining an authentic wilderness atmosphere. The camp has six spacious, tastefully furnished rooms under canvas with en-suite bathrooms. The main lodge area is raised on wooden decking with a dining area, small library, bar and lounge, overlooking the Linyanti floodplains and marsh. The swimming pool is set to the side of the main area, complete with a relaxing decking area.
Activities from the camp consist of game drives, walking, spotlighting and hides. The Linyanti area is best known for its large populations of elephant and buffalo that congregate in vast numbers, especially during the dry season. In addition lion, sable, roan, leopard, wild dog, and a number of the plains game may be seen and the surrounding swamps and marshes are home to lechwe, hippo, crocodile and sitatunga.
Activities are focused on game drives. During periods of high water levels, water activities may be possible but not guaranteed.
