Our Fynbos room, Fynbos meaning 'fine-leafed bush', is inspired by the local flora that grows in abundance on the nearby Franschhoek mountains. The protea, perhaps the most well-known fynbos, is South Africa's national flower and is beautiful to observe in full flower, mainly in our winter months.
