Dugong Beach Lodge is situated on the coast of Mozambique and combines two biospheres providing a unique wilderness and beach experience. Complemented by 14 luxury bedrooms with large bathrooms and private decks, Dugong is indeed an oasis. Experience a delightful picnic on a deserted island, enjoy leisurely walks on a perfect white-sand beach with translucent waters, marvel at the spectacular vistas at World’s View or sip cocktails in the interflowing pool with an island-style bar offering spectacular views of the ocean. The lodge offers 14 luxuriously appointed, air-conditioned chalets with direct access to the beach via individual walkways. (14 bedrooms, as two chalets consist of 2 bedrooms – not inter-leading).
All rooms are equipped with:
Ceiling fan, air conditioning, telephone, mosquito net, mini bar, hairdryer, mini safe, tea / coffee facilities and mosquito repellent.
Two adjacent individual en-suite bedrooms share one private plunge pool. All rooms have outdoor showers and twin beds that can be converted to double beds. Each chalet has a private deck furnished with day beds for relaxation or wellness treatments and where private dinners can be enjoyed.
