Adara Palmiet Valley is an exquisite boutique farm hotel located on a nearly 300-year-old wine estate near Paarl in the stunning Cape Winelands. In 1996, a German adventurer who had sailed around the world with his yacht fell in love with this magical place and purchased Palmiet. He restored the original old farmhouse and constructed additional buildings around it, all in the same architectural style known as Cape Dutch, characterized by plastered facades and thatched roofs. A charming hotel emerged from this transformation.
