Located in Berlin, Germany, the DDR Museum provides visitors with the opportunity to engage all their senses while learning about everyday life in former East Germany. Covering a range of topics based on sound academic research, the museum offers education on the history of the Berlin Wall, the Stasi and much more. The museum is the largest, most interactive and diverse exhibition focusing on the DDR in Berlin. The exhibition is divided into three themed areas, namely Public Life, State and Ideology, and Life in a Tower Block.
