•Clients are collected at approximately 7.00 am.
•Clients take short game drive in an open vehicle into the Zambezi National Park perhaps seeing some game on the way.
•A continental breakfast is served and the guide will give a thorough safety briefing, which will cover: safety conditions of the river, rapids, canoeing instruction, and general information. You will be asked to sign an indemnity form.
•The full day is spent canoeing (18kms) downstream, running small grade one and two rapids, exploring channels and bird and game viewing.

•Clients are collected at 16h00 and take an hour and a half game drive (25km) into the Zambezi National Park in an open vehicle to arriving at our riverside camp. (See accommodation) before sunset for dinner and drinks.
•The following day starts with a full English breakfast and the guide will then give a thorough briefing, which will cover; conditions of the river, rapids, canoeing instruction, safety and general information. You will be asked to sign an indemnity form.
•The full day is spent canoeing (18kms) downstream, running small grade one and two rapids, exploring channels, bird and game viewing. The Kandahar Rapids are run on this day.
A picnic lunch is served on the mainland or an island.
•Cold soft-drinks, mineral water and beers are served at the take out point at the end of the day and clients are back in Victoria Falls around 2:30 pm

It is important to note that it is not a “luxury permanent lodge”! The camp is fully backed up by a team of staff that set up camp in preparation for client’s arrival.
The camp comprises of large walk in tents, equipped with camp beds, mattresses, sheets, pillows and duvets, camping water basin (which are filled with hot water each morning), a paraffin lantern, a bedside table and hand towels. There is a portable toilet and hot shower in camp. The camp and dining table are set up under the stars on the riverbank with stunning views of the river.
On all overnight trips limited beers and soft-drinks and mineral water are provided (approximately 2 per person per night); wine (1 bottle per 2 guests). If clients require other alcoholic or imported drinks they must supply their own. During winter months (April, May, June, July and August), the evenings, nights and early mornings will be very cold. Clients must bring their own warm clothing. Space is limited; we suggest one carry bag per person.

•Clients take a one and a half hours game drive (50kms) in an open vehicle into the Zambezi National Park to the launch site.
•A continental breakfast is served and the guide will give a thorough briefing, which will cover; conditions of the river and rapids, canoeing instruction, safety and general information. Clients will be asked to sign an indemnity form.
•The first day is spent canoeing18kms downstream, running small grade one and two rapids, exploring channels and bird and game viewing. The Sansimba Rapids are run on day one.
•A picnic lunch is served on the main land or an island.
•Clients will canoe into camp on the afternoon of the first day.
•Camping equipment, drinks and dinner are all included. (See accommodation).
•After an English breakfast the second day is spent canoeing another 18kms downstream, including the Kandahar Rapids.
•The scenery, channels and the rapids on both respective days are very different. Cold soft-drinks, mineral water & beers are served at the take out point on the last day.
•Clients are transferred the short distance back to Victoria Falls and arrive at their Hotels at about 4.00pm

•Guests are collected from Victoria Falls Town at 16h00 and take an hour (25km) game drive into the National Park in an open vehicle before having dinner and drinks at our riverside camp. *Note there is no canoeing on day 1.
•A full English breakfast is served in the morning before an hour game drive upstream to the launch point.
•The guide will give a thorough briefing, which will cover; conditions of the river and rapids, canoeing instruction, safety and general information. Clients will be asked to sign an indemnity form.
•The second day is spent canoeing 18kms downstream, running small grade one and two rapids, exploring channels and bird and game viewing. This day includes the Sansimba rapids.
•A picnic lunch is served on the mainland or an island.

06h30 to 16:00 the final day

•Guests are collected from Victoria Falls at 06h30. (Please ensure that time and place for pick up are clear).
•Clients take an hour game drive in an open vehicle to a remote area of the Zambezi National Park.
•The professional walking guide will give a safety talk before walking into the bush tracking game, while also pointing out some of the fine details of the African bush.
•A light Continental Breakfast with tea and coffee is served in the morning. After the mornings walk clients meet the vehicle and game drive to the river’s canoe launch site. The guide will give a thorough briefing, which will cover conditions of the river and rapids, canoeing instruction, safety and general information.
•A picnic lunch of cold meats, rolls, quiches, salad and fruit is served.
•The afternoon is spent canoeing approximately (8kms) downstream, running small grade one and two rapids, exploring Sansimba channels and bird and game viewing.
•At the end of the afternoon clients will arrive in camp in time for tea. Camping equipment, drinks and dinner are all included. (See accommodation)
•In the morning a full English breakfast is served, after which clients will game drive upstream again to launch their canoes. The second morning is spent canoeing a different section of the river from the previous day. The Zambezi River is incredibly wide and there are numerous vastly different routes to take. In the afternoon the group will once again set off on foot rather than canoe for an afternoon walk.
•The third day usually begins with an early morning walk returning to camp for breakfast. The canoes are then launched from camp and the last day is spent canoeing an 18km stretch towards Victoria Falls, including the Kandahar Rapids.
•Clients are transferred back to Victoria Falls at 4.00pm.
