San guided tours at !Khwa ttu
The tour is a fascinating insight into the culture, heritage, knowledge, skills and contemporary life of the San. Guided tours are offered daily at 10 am & 2 pm and lasts 1 hour. The tour is conducted either on foot or on a bicycle.
Cycling at !Khwa ttu
!Khwa ttu’s mountain bike trail on the Cape West Coast offers variety, fun, relaxation and spectacular views, at a great family venue perfect for weekend getaways.
The trail includes two well-marked routes suitable for all levels of experience, from casual leisure rider to experienced adrenaline junkie. There are mountain bikes for hire.
Walking & trailing at !Khwa ttu
The Cape West Coast of South Africa is recognized by the United Nations as a Biosphere Reserve with globally unique, important and endangered biodiversity. !Khwa ttu’s walking trails are a lovely way to view game, explore the unique plants of the area and the waterholes make for wonderful birding. The trails also work for trail runners.
Herbal Tea Tasting & San Language Session
Come and join the !Khwa ttu Team for a herbal tea tasting and San language session. Just as the slogan states: “San Spirit Shared”, they will share with you their own production of herbal teas. These brews are traditionally used as medicinal remedies. Visitors will also experience a short interactive session about all the San languages including the different clicks. Do not miss out on this fantastic opportunity to hear and learn directly from the San! This experience is especially designed for visitors who have a limited time as the duration time is 45min, this experience is also aimed at the Ethnobotany/Green Finger visitors.

Enjoy good wholesome food, and stunning scenery, in a unique location with a rustic farmhouse restaurant overlooking the fynbos and distant ocean. Share their passion for freshly prepared food, including a selection of meat dishes using their own free range farm-reared game, and taste a selection of the best of our local wines.
