The word Dabbawala refers to a person in the Indian city of Mumbai who carries and delivers freshly made food from home in lunch boxes to office workers. This tour follows the daily routine of the many Dabbawalas in the city of Mumbai.

The tour begins at Churchgate Railway Station and follows the daily life of the Dabbawalas. Visitors will travel in the first class compartment from Churchgate Railway Station to Mahalaxmi Railway Station. Mahalaxmi Railway Station is where the majority of Dabbawalas disembark and deliver their products to the many offices in the vicinity of the station. Visitors will then be led to the nearby open-air laundry known as Dhobi Ghat and finally transferred back to their hotel.
