Amaz Restaurant is located in Lima, Peru, and offers delicious Amazonian cuisine. Pedro Schiaffino, the head chef and one of the most pioneering chefs in Peru, sources all wild and organic products for his dishes. On the menu at the 120-seat tropical and refined Amaz, guests will find updated traditional Amazonian dishes such as Pataraschca, where fish is cooked inside of a banana leaf, as well as Amazonian snails with a sweet chorizo dressing. The creative cocktail menu includes combinations of pisco with underutilised fruits such as taperibá and cocona, in more than a dozen original cocktails.
