Situated in the Canadian Rockies, the Mount Robson Provincial Park is the second oldest park in the provincial system. The park is named after Mount Robson which is located entirely within the park and is the highest point in the Canadian Rockies. The park is recognised for its natural beauty and contains the habitats of rare and endangered species, as well as fossils, waterfalls, canyons, glacier lakes and limestone caves, which makes it of great geological and ecological significance. Wildlife that can be seen in the park include caribou, whitetail deer, mountain goats, and even grizzly bears.
