Itinerary Terms and Conditions
We are bringing you more flexibility with booking cancellations effective from 20th January 2022 till 31st December 2022. These terms might be extended based on how the COVID-19 pandemic gets.
- The cancellation penalties are waived, and deposits will be credited for future use. This applies to the bookings scheduled to arrive till 31st December 2021
- Bookings under deposit are eligible to postpone travel arrangements for a period of twelve months from the date of first booked services. This is subject to third party booking terms and conditions.
Wild Exploration Safaris Terms and Conditions
A deposit of 20% of the total booking cost will be required to confirm the booking. Please note this deposit will be used to secure the hotels rooms which are usually non refundable. Full payment for your holiday will be required ten weeks before departure date. Confirmation of your itinerary will be forwarded approximately two weeks prior to your departure date.
Cancellation Policy: If you decide to cancel your holiday written notification must be sent to Wild Exploration Safari. The following scale of charges will apply:
70 – 56 days 20% of total holiday price
56 – 28 days 50% of total holiday price
28 – 15 days 75% of total holiday price
14 – 7 days 90% of total holiday price
Less than 7 days 100% of total holiday price
