Itinerary Terms and Conditions
TERMS & CONDITIONS
All bookings are made with Kenya Trove Safaris. By booking a tour with Kenya Trove Safari the client agrees with this Terms & Conditions.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
If not otherwise agreed with the client, the tour price is payable as follows:
A 20% deposit is required to secure a booking. This deposit forms part of the payment for the
tour and shall be offset to the total amount charged to the client.
Clients booking within four (4) weeks of the start of the tour are required to pay the deposit
immediately to secure the booking.
The outstanding balance of the tour price is payable two weeks before arrival in Kenya.
CANCELLATIONS
Payment for the tour is a fundamental part of the tour’s income and contributes to the overall
cost of equipment, running costs, staffing, administration, etc. As the Company will have
incurred the majority of its costs before the tour starts, we need to impose cancellation charges
to cover these costs.
Cancellations must be sent to us by email. Cancellations shall only be effective from the date of
receipt of cancellation by email. In case of a booking cancellation, Kenya Trove Safaris shall retain the full
deposit
If a booking is cancelled the client is subject to a cancellation fee as follows:
4 weeks prior to departure – 30% Cancellation Fee
4-2 weeks prior to departure – 50% Cancellation Fee
2-1 weeks prior to departure – 75% Cancellation Fee
Less than 1 week prior to departure – 100% Cancellation Fee
All cancellations must be in writing and be made by the person who submitted the booking form.

Once the tour has started no refund for any unused portion or part of the tour or services to be
provided will be given. If you want to make any changes to the tour, or depart the tour early,
such alteration or departure will be entirely at your own expense and liability. You will also need

CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY
We will only cancel the contract if circumstances beyond our control make it unavoidable. Such
circumstances include, but are not limited to, civil or political unrest, terrorism, natural disaster,
or other force majeure circumstance. In the unlikely event that such circumstances arise, we will
contact you immediately and offer you the choice of equivalent services or a full refund of all
monies paid. No additional compensation will be paid over and above the total sum received
from you.
