Mowana Safari Lodge is situated on the banks of the Chobe River, close to Chobe National Park, in the town of Kasane.
This hotel features 112 luxury rooms with full en-suite bathrooms and four suites. All rooms are river facing with air-conditioning, minibars, hairdryers, tea and coffee making facilities, ceiling fans, mosquito nets and electric insect repellents.
Other facilities at Mowana include an outdoor swimming pool, set in a natural landscape; the Serondella Restaurant; the Savuti Bar overlooking the ever-changing Chobe River and the Boma Terrace for light meals throughout the day around the pool. There is also a guest lounge for private entertaining. Designer jewellery/curio shops, a hairdressing salon in a tree house with a view of the river, beauty spa and conference facilities are also available. (all at an additional cost) This resort also boasts a 9-hole golf course for golfing enthusiasts.

Kasane
This property is located in the small but thriving town of Kasane, where many bigger hotels are located along the Chobe River banks. Entry to Chobe National Park for game drives is via Sedudu Gate ten to fifteen minutes drive from town. For Chobe River cruises, boats depart directly from town. Although wildlife often passes through Kasane (most usually warthogs and the odd elephant) a typical bush experience is not on offer here. Instead you’ll get all the comforts of civilization with easy access to the bush.

All of the luxury bedrooms at Cresta Mowana face the magnificent Chobe River, complete with a spacious balcony from which you can observe the daily happenings amidst the abundant wildlife habitat surrounding the river. The rooms also look out onto the adjoining Namibian floodplains, where often a numerous amount of game animals congregate.

The Luxury Suites at Cresta Mowana Safari Resort & Spa exude opulence and serenity. Along with an enormous and inviting four poster bed, the spacious suites are accompanied by 1.5 bathrooms; a roomy stand-alone shower, and a Jacuzzi tub.
Much like the Luxury Bedrooms, each of the air-conditioned suites have balconies overlooking the mighty Chobe River, and provide an excellent viewpoint from which to survey the abundant wildlife below.
