Tangala House is a large and unique family home located 15 kilometres upstream from the magnificent Victoria Falls, on the banks of the Zambezi River. It has 250m of private river frontage that looks onto the Zambezi National Park, with no properties on either side.
The House has 4 bedrooms (three with en-suite bathrooms) ideal for a family holiday. It has a children’s playroom and a spacious kitchen-dining room. The rooms are enclosed, with large glass fitted windows to keep out the insects and allow guests to enjoy the view across the Zambezi. The living room has a large sofa and two arm chairs with satellite TV, video, Hi Fi and Jet master fireplace. The private swimming pool is 11m x 5m, with an extra shallow area for children and bench seating. The veranda easily seats 10 guests and is open thatched with steps leading onto the lawn in front of the house, towards the swimming pool and the terrace, which has an 8 seat railway sleeper picnic table. The house comes fully serviced and staffed by Tongabezi Lodge.

The Master Bedroom is an immense, high-roofed space and sits at the furthest end of the house. It has an en-suite bathroom as well as a small private lounge area and doors that open out onto the garden and towards the river.
The Blue Room has a river view, a four-poster double bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a mosaic tub.
The White Room has a lush queen-sized four-poster bed and an en-suite bathroom with a mosaic bath tub. It also has air conditioning and a fan.
This room is best for children or young adults willing to share, as it comes with two twin beds. It has a private bathroom but it is not en-suite -- the bathroom is across the hall. This room has a wonderful view of the river.
