McBrides' Camp is situated inside the more than 1 million hectare Kafue National Park in Zambia and is located in the North East section of the park. The camp is found in one of the last true wilderness areas in the Park, where there are no roads and virtually no signs of humans.

This intense wilderness quality, so hard to find nowadays, together with the full complement of various forms of life is what McBrides' Camp offers.

Chris and Charlotte McBride offer a personalised service which ensures that you will depart as friends. The camp has seven private thatched two-person chalets with en suite bathrooms. An open dining room with a spectacular view over a long section of the Kafue River and can accommodate fifteen people. There is a separate bar with similar views of the river.

The setting is tranquil and natural, remote and rustic.

McBrides' Camp provides full board for guests staying in the chalets. This is defined as brunch (breakfast/ lunch) served after the early morning walk, and dinner in the evening. Morning coffee and tea will be brought to your chalets. Note that drinks are at an extra cost.

The camp has a good Reference Library as well as light reading material available. Solar power is available in the office to charge batteries if required.
