These images or videos are owned by a third party and hosted by Wetu B.V. (“Wetu”) and can be used by Wetu’s customers (“you”) in ways set out below, provided that you have an agreement with the image or video owner to be able to use these images or videos.

If you do have an agreement with the image or video owner, then, subject to the agreement you have with the image or video owner, you can use the image(s) and videos(s) in the ways agreed between the image and video owner and the receiver.

These terms and conditions provide you with a very limited, non-exclusive license to use the image(s) or video(s) for specified purpose only and this license can be withdrawn by Wetu or the copyright owner at any time and for no reason. If this happens then you will immediately stop using the images or videos in any way.
