The Waterberry River Farm House is situated at Waterberry Lodge on the banks of the Zambezi River about 22 km from Livingstone, towards Kazungula
The Farmhouse is an easy 5 minute walk from the main lodge and boasts 5 bedrooms for private bookings of up to 10 guests making it perfect for families or friends travelling together. With waiters and a boat for exclusive use, the River Farmhouse is a truly an amazing escape near the wonderful Victoria Falls.
There are two en-suite double rooms at the front of the house which look out towards the river and feature doors opening out to the gardens. Three twin bedrooms are situated at the back of the house, with two bathrooms just outside three bedrooms, leading off a separate passage. All bathrooms have a shower, flushing toilet and wash basin, however the en-suite bathrooms also contain large bath tubs.
The large, open-plan living area opens out to the covered veranda and contains a dining and a sitting area in front of an open fireplace. Just behind the dining area is the kitchen, where meals are freshly prepared by the private chef. The large infinity pool is stunning, with the fabulous views looking out onto the Zambezi River.
Activities on offer include a tour of the Victoria Falls and visits to the museums, Livingstone town and markets. The River Farmhouse boat will take you on sunset, daytime or dawn cruises, fishing trips and island picnics. On land you have a choice of guided birding trips and visits to the local village where the school is supported by guest donations.
All other activities offered in Livingstone can be organised at an additional cost and pre-booked or booked at the lodge on arrival.
