Situated on South Africa’s scenic Garden Route in the popular lagoonside town of Knysna, Belvidere Manor offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in single- and double-storey freestanding cottages, a range of delicious dining experiences and breathtaking natural surroundings.

Built in 1849, the historic Manor House is an exquisite example of Cape Georgian architecture, and the quaint on-site pub, The Bell Tavern, is a restored farm building.

The Manor House, tavern and cottages are surrounded by two hectares of landscaped gardens, set within the secluded Belvidere Estate, which is a leafy suburb of Knysna. From the terrace of the Manor House, there are unrivalled views across the lawns and swimming pool to the lagoon.

Lagoon Deluxe:

A single-storey cottage with veranda, living room, kitchen, one double en-suite bedroom & one with twin beds. Adjacent covered parking and situated below the swimming pool with lagoon views. Suitable for families.

Lagoon Classic:

A single-storey cottage with veranda, living room, kitchen and one double en-suite bedroom with king bed & separate bath & shower. Adjacent covered parking overlooking the swimming pool.

Garden Deluxe:

A double-storey cottage, with the main suite upstairs and a second suite with twin beds downstairs, spacious living room and kitchen/dining area. Suitable for two couples or families. Covered parking and garden views towards the lagoon.

Garden Classic:

A single storey cottage with veranda, living room, kitchen and options of 2 double bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Adjacent covered parking and garden views towards the lagoon.

A single storey, double suite cottage each offering a wide veranda with garden views, a spacious living room with fireplace, satellite TV and dvd player, a fully equipped kitchen and two double en-suite bedrooms, sleeping up to six guests.
