You may have heard about it from afar, dreamt of being there, and now the moment has arrived—it’s opening its doors just for you! Itika Serengeti Camp takes its name from the Swahili word “itika”, meaning “to respond” or “to answer.”
Opening in July 2025, this camp is the perfect response to your longing for an immersive wilderness adventure. It’s a dream escape for those who treasure privacy, comfort, and a profound connection with nature.
Itika Serengeti Camp is perfectly situated in one of the Serengeti’s most sought-after wildlife regions. Nestled in the heart of the Serengeti plains, the camp provides easy access to key wildlife viewing areas, ensuring extraordinary encounters with big cats, the Great Migration, and diverse wildlife year-round. Its proximity to the Seronera Valley—a hotspot for predators and herbivores alike—makes it an ideal base for thrilling game drives.
Our boutique camp features 8 spacious, elegantly furnished tents, accommodating just 16 guests to ensure an intimate and exclusive experience. Each tent is thoughtfully designed to combine modern comforts with an authentic safari atmosphere.

Itika Serengeti Camp offers eight spacious, elegantly furnished tents that seamlessly blend modern amenities with an authentic safari atmosphere. With a limited capacity of 16 guests (8 tents), we guarantee exclusivity and personalized attention.

Tents can be configured with either a king-sized bed or twin beds, and an additional bed can be arranged upon request, accommodating up to three guests.
