Situated between Botswana’s northern towns of Kazungula and Kasane and opposite the Chobe River, Kwalape (meaning home in Setswana) is only an hour away from the magnificent Victoria Falls and one kilometre away from where four great countries meet (Namibia, Zambia, Zimbabwe and Botswana).

The lodge comprises 12 thatched chalets each with spacious living areas, en-suite bathroom facilities and a private veranda, 10 comfortable twin canvas safari tents with shared ablution facilities and 8 spacious camping grounds as well as facilities for overland and private tours. There is a bar, boma area, swimming pool and restaurant. Due to their location, they offer spectacular opportunities to get up close to the wildlife populations with boat cruises and game drives into the Chobe National park.

Day trips to the Victoria Falls and the nearby snake park are also offered.

Kazungula
This property is located in Kazungula, which is a quieter extension of Kasane town, close to the border with Zimbabwe and Zambia and twenty minutes drive to Sedudu Gate for game drives in Chobe National Park. Boat cruises depart from Kasane town ten minutes drive away. Although wildlife may pass through the area, Kazungula does not offer a typical bush experience, but rather a quieter town base with river frontage and easy access to the Chobe National Park.
