Kasane self-catering is nestled on the banks of the Chobe River in the town of Kasane in northern Botswana. The guesthouse offers a friendly, comfortable environment to suit travellers’ needs and is conveniently situated 5km from the Sedudu Entry Gate of Chobe National Park.
There are 2 self catering en-suite rooms set in a lush garden and tastefully appointed with all the items necessary for a comfortable and convenient stay. Guests have access to a beautiful viewing deck built into a huge Jackelberry Tree overlooking the river.
The garden is literally "for the birds" and the surrounding area is a birding hotspot for Botswana with more than 400 species known to occur in the area, including specials such as African finfoot, Pel's fishing owl, and half-collared kingfisher.

Ouma se Plekkie is an en suite that has two 3/4 teak and wrought iron beds made up with Egyptian cotton linen. It is a large air-conditioned space consisting of a bedroom, kitchenette and seating area with a French window leading onto a spacious verandah.
Dragon Fly Cottage is air-conditioned, has a Mosquito net, antique double bed in a large space containing the bedroom, seating area, and kitchenette. It has a shower & toilet en-suite. French doors lead to a verandah overlooking the garden and braai area.
This cozy cottage is furnished with beloved antiques and homemade quilts. Family Room with a double bed and a sleeper couch. Suitable for 2 adults and 2 children under 12 or 1 child over 13.
