Sitatunga Private Island Camp is a water-based camp located in the Okavango Delta. It is designed in the shapes of fishing baskets as a nod to the Bayei and other local Okavango fishing ancestries.
The solar-powered camp offers two luxury guest suites and a private island 2-bedroom suite. The suites are ensuite with a shower and tub and are equipped with a mosquito net, safe and fan. The private suite has a plunge pool and yoga mats and light weights are provided.
The main camp area has a dining and lounge, wine cellar and boutique (curio shop) and fire pit.
Activities include birding, photography, boating, mokoro trips and guided walks. All activities are water level dependant and fishing is seasonal.
At an additional cost, guests may add a 15-minute champagne stop on a palm island en-route to the camp. In-room massages are available at additional cost. These activities must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
