KuKaya is located in the South Luangwa National Park, 2.5 kilometres from the main gate of the South Luangwa and overlooks permanent water holes.
The lodge offers 6 thatched tents - 5 standard and 1 single. Each chalet has an outdoor en-suite bathroom, living and dining area, kitchen, as well as a private plunge pool and firepit. The units are also equipped with mosquito nets and floor & ceiling fans.
The camp’s main area has a boma and an inhouse Deli. Guests can visit the Deli and pick from a selection of delicious pre-prepared, freshly-made meals, salads and snacks for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Additional activities offered at Kukaya include village excursions, spa treatments and specialised photographic safaris at the hides.
