Camp Silwane is located in the Silwane Conservation Area bordering Hwange National Park. Camp Silwane offers three types of accommodations - Tented Expeditions, Acacia Grove Camp Site and Somadada Platform. All of which are located by their own water holes.

Tented Expeditions has 7 furnished tents with en-suite bathrooms, a veranda and a fire-pit. This camp is powered by solar panels. Somadada Platform is a private camping site with open air showers, a secluded bathroom and shared braai area. Acacia Grove Campsite is the only private campsite, with shared ablution facilities.

Camp Silwane offers day and night drives within the conservation area as well as half or full day drives into the park at an additional cost.

  • Turn Left onto the dirt road after Gwayi Hotel and head towards Selous Camp or The Hide
  • Continue straight for 30 KM until you reach the railway
  • Turn left at the railway and continue for 2km into camp
