Mokolodi Nature Reserve is situated in a magnificent 12,355 acre acacia bushveld valley, just 15 kilometres south of Botswana’s capital city, Gaborone. It is home to a wide variety of indigenous wild game, bird and reptile species.
Mokolodi has 5 self-catering bush chalets under thatch and overlooking a waterhole. Each chalet has mains electricity, hot and cold running water, toilets, a well-equipped kitchen with a cooker and fridge and also barbeque area right outside. The property also has 5 campsites each accommodating a maximum of 8 guests. All campsites have their own flush toilet, heated outdoor shower, barbeque area and a washbasin.
Activities include night and day game drives. Mokolodi is renowned for its contribution to the conservation of rhinos, cheetahs, snakes and leopards. Guests are also offered rhino and giraffe tracking walks as well as a visit to their Reptile Park/Sanctuary.
